I'm a salesman first. Fifteen years on the lot — cars, boats, RVs, golf carts, exotics, planes, tractors, used and consigned and classic and foreign and pretty much anything else with a title. American. USMC veteran. Lake Havasu local for over a decade.

I'm not a techie by trade. I'm a grunt who got tired of waiting for the perfect system to exist for the rest of us. Big-name auto dealers have ten CRMs to pick from. The rest of us — small dealerships, consignment lots, boat brokers, RV folks, plane brokers, tractor sellers, foreign-import lots, older-and-classic-vehicle dealers — get fed scraps from systems built for somebody else. So I built the system I always wished I had, and I run my own business on it.

The anchor build is a 40-year Lake Havasu dealership running this platform in production since 2024 — same code you'd be getting. You'd be buying the result. I'd be bringing the platform, the build, and a salesman who lived every one of these problems before he wrote the system that solves them.

Each adaptation inherits the proven core and customizes only the 2–3 systems that are category-specific.

That's why the pricing makes sense. The platform IP is real. You're not paying for invention — you're paying for adaptation, customization, and delivery. Every new client improves the platform that runs every existing client's system. The work compounds.
